What Does a Support Worker Do?

We’re Looking for Team Members Who:
- ave experience and a genuine passion for working with individuals living with a disability and/or mental health conditions
- Bring a proactive attitude and a positive, uplifting approach to every situation
- Are solution-focused, resilient, and know how to bring joy into their work
- Understand Workplace Health & Safety principles and hold up-to-date First Aid and CPR certification
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent experience or currently studying)
- Possess a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Blue Card
- Are flexible with work hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and the occasional sleepover shifts
